Richard is a leading energy and infrastructure consents lawyer and is the Global Head of our Property Group, which comprises the firm’s Development & Investment, Planning & Environment and Property Litigation practices. He specialises in the consenting strategy and delivery of nationally significant projects across the energy, waste and transport sectors.
Richard and his team have taken the time to fully understand the energy and infrastructure sector, including its commercial drivers and our preferred way of working. They also brought in expertise from previous similar projects in the sector which was invaluable.
